This will not be a problem because I continue to adjust your program for you until you are 100% satisfied with the whole process. This ensures you stick to the program progressing each and every day.
A gym membership is strongly recommended because they offer ALL the tools necessary for your program. (all weights, machines, treadmills etc.)
Gym memberships are amazing investments and can cost as little at $20 a month. Any gym will work just fine as all contain the necessities.
Absolutely. The beauty of online coaching is that through e-mail and Skype I am able to connect with you personally creating a program catered to your specific needs! (height, weight, activity level.)
Of course! Women are human just as men are and all in all work the exact same way. The only real difference with training women opposed to men is that women are generally a bit smaller meaning they would eat a bit less each day, that is all.
Not a problem. I simply use Skype as a tool to help aid us in creating your program for you by talking to you 1 on 1. I can still create your program for you via e-mail this will simply just take a bit longer.
All in all, this will be fine and you will still reap the same benefits!
